section of US 1 between BJ's and Lowes and the
new Publix Plaza in Martin County. In the end,
the Policy Plan Committee suggested that "perhaps
those diapers we get at Wal-Mart and the 200 pound
bags of chicken wings we get at BJ's aren't so
cheap after all."
