Many regional planning councils
simply revised their old regulatory plans. The
TCRPC examined the Region to decide the role it
wanted to play in shaping the Treasure Coast Region.
It completely revised its plan. Some members who
served on the Policy Plan Committee still sit
on the TCRPC.
