Village Green City Center Charrette

The Village Green Charrette was a demonstration project for the Regional Transportation Land Use Study. The study looked at issues of mobility and land use in St. Lucie and Martin counties along US1. It also provided for the creation of a new downtown in the City of Port St. Lucie.

1.		Create a downtown and destination for the City of Port St. Lucie
2.		Restore the roadway network and establish new connections
3.		Create incentives and implementation strategies for underutilized parcels
4.		Create incentives and implementation strategies for underutilized parcels
5.		Combine streets with urban greenways and reconnect the natural systems
