| The TCRPC and
the South Florida Regional Planning Council (SFRPC) partnered to provide
services to communities along the SR 7 corridor in Broward and Palm
Beach counties. TCRPC was brought in to help citizens' plan and articulate
their visions for their community. Communities along the corridor
are working together to promote increased economic development, aesthetics,
and public safety along this aging commercial roadway.
Part of the section to be studied is a five-mile segment from County
Line Road to Griffin Road. The Florida Department of Transportation
plans to widen the section.
Above are the charrettes held to date. More charrettes are planned
and will be posted on the web as work is completed. |
