Existing network of streets south of the C-11 Canal. Existing codes do not require the interconnection of proposed streets or the formation of a street network. Existing Condition - Griffin Road: Low buildings are set far back from the street edge and lack sense of enclosure or place. Existing sidewalks are unprotected and are placed right next to the street. By Sita Singh.		Proposed Condition - Griffin Road: As a six-lane road, Griffin Road will require three to five story buildings pulled up to the street to feel good as a street. The final design should include wide sidewalks, street trees, brick medians with street trees, and pedestrian scaled lighting.By Sita Singh.
