Beach Architectural Design Guidelines brings the Citizens’
Master Plan closer to fruition and provides a greater level
of predictability for both the developer and residents. Several
architectural styles and traditions were identified in the
area. Working with the Neighborhood Advisory Committee and
area residents, architectural design guidelines following
existing traditions were refined. Included in the guidelines
are Florida Cracker, Florida Bungalow, Anglo-Caribbean, and
Classical Tradition. Also discussed are civic art and mixed-use
buildings. Illustrations, photos, and sample floor plans are
given for all styles.
