Locate, aquire, and construct a new facility for the Martin County Council on Aging. The new facility will be a mulipurpose and special needs shelter. Feature include an auditorium, adult day-care facilities, rehabilitation services, and a staging area for the Meals on Wheels program to serve about 400 meals a day to senior citizens in their homes. The site is approximately nine acres in South Stuart at the intersection of Salerno Road and Pepperwood Drive.
