A transit-oriented development is proposed around a Tri- Rail station in Boca Raton. Tri-Rail is South Florida's only commuter rail station. The plan calls for the station to connect with the surrounding community, abundant and usable public open spaces, and a mixture of uses.

Public works out issues with an urban designer as a facilitator. At the end of the session, each table presents their ideas.

This event includes a Work-in-Progress presentation and an opportunity to provide additional public input.
 
After a week of working in the community, work completed within the week is presented back to the public. These are examples from other charrettes and in no way influence the upcoming charrette.
