TCRPC master plans are created from a base map, usually an
aerial of the study area. Areas proposed for redevelopment are drawn last.
Conditions in areas not proposed for change are drawn without roof cross-hatchings.
Areas proposed for changes are drawn with roof cross-hatchings. The rest
is intuitive – trees are green, water is blue, roadways are gray
etc.
