Project Description:

Hobe Grove is being planned as a sustainable, mixed use employment center and new community on a 2,823 acre parcel west of the interchange of Bridge Road and Interstate 95 in Martin County, Florida. The proposed new community will consist of 4,300 residential units; a 650,000 square foot Town Center; and 3,900,000 square feet of Mixed Use Research, Office and Educational facilities.  More information is available at: www.hobegrove.com
